When the job is completed by your Asuqu™, you can instruct us to pay your Asuqu™ by clicking "Release Payment" button on your purchase. Once there's a handshake image on your purchase, there's no refund.

I have completed the order but the buyer is not releasing payment. What should I do?

We only release payment when the buyer has instructed us to. Most buyers forget to click the ""RELEASE PAYMENT" button on the order, it could happen to the best of us. Contact the buyer to release your payment and if your buyer is not responding to your claim. You can raise a formal dispute for us to look into it. Please provide relevant information to prove the completion of the order. Our customer service team will contact the buyer directly via email or phone. If we did not get a response too from the buyer we would release payment to you. Please allow 72 hours for the completion of this process.

Why is my service suspended?

Why is my order rejected?

How does Asuqu resolve dispute

If you find yourself in a disagreement with your Asuqu™, no worries! Our dispute resolution services are here to help. Before you launch into a formal dispute, be sure you've tried talking it out. Use messages, discussions or direct communication to connect with and make your vision clear to your Asuqu™. If you find that you still can't see eye to eye, request a refund from customer support. List your reasons for requesting the refund and provide plenty of supporting documentation to make your position clear and increase your chances of a quick, no-fuss refund. If your Asuqu™ disagrees with your reasoning, the two of you can then work together to negotiate a solution. Roughly 83% of disputes are resolved through negotiation. If all else fails, you can escalate the dispute to arbitration.

Can I upload other people's work?

Asuqu is not a platform for uploading or sharing other people's work that you like. If you want to show your appreciation for someone else's work, you can scroll to the top of the portfolio and click the "like" button, you can leave them a positive comment, or you can promote their work via social sharing sites like Twitter, Facebook or Google+. But please don't upload other people's work into your own portfolio. This creates confusion about who originally created the work (and we are all about people getting credit for what they create!)

What should I do if I see a strange error or a malfuntion?
